Welcome to Our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

These terms and conditions apply to customers located in the  (“Customers”) who access the Buddha Luxury website (“Website”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing the Website or placing any orders.

These are the terms and conditions of Buddha Luxury, the company that sells products to customers via the Website. By accessing the Website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

It is recommended that you print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

By placing an order through the Website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Formation of the Contract for Goods

After placing your order, you will receive an automated order acknowledgement. Please note that this does not signify that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by Buddha Luxury.

Once your order has been processed by Buddha Luxury and is ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email.

When Buddha Luxury accepts your order, a contract for the purchase of the goods comes into effect between you and Buddha Luxury.

The contract for the sale of goods only applies to the items listed in the confirmation email.

Upon receipt of your order, Buddha Luxury will create an authorisation. This will appear on your bank statement as a reservation of funds allocated to your order; however, these funds will not be debited until your order has been picked and processed in the Buddha Luxury warehouse. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will immediately request that your bank cancels the authorisation. Should the authorisation remain for several days, please contact your bank to request the cancellation of the payment.

Damaged Goods

Any damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the item.

Buddha Luxury accepts no responsibility for items 15 days after the delivery date or for items that have been used.

Prices

The prices of goods are shown on the product pages of the Website and include all applicable taxes.

Prices and offers may vary and may only be available for a limited period. All prices and offers are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at our discretion. Prices on the Website may differ from those in our retail stores, catalogues, or elsewhere.

The Website contains a large number of products, and despite our best efforts, some items may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Buddha Luxury is under no obligation to sell goods at an incorrect price.

Some offers carry a maximum quantity per customer. Where applicable, this is specified on the individual offer page.

Refund and Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is always our foremost priority. We understand that returning products can sometimes be challenging, which is why we take great care to produce items of the highest quality. Prior to dispatch, we provide images of your order so that you can verify whether it meets your needs. Every product undergoes thorough testing by our team before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. Despite our best efforts, occasional issues may arise. In such cases, we work closely with our customers to resolve the matter and ensure complete satisfaction.

Order Cancellations

Once you have placed your order and completed payment, you may cancel it at any time before it is dispatched. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. However, once the order has been confirmed and shipped, cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted.

Customs-Seized Packages

As our products are replicas, there is a possibility that customs may seize them. Should this occur, we will unconditionally resend the item to you.

Product Returns

Our products are made to the highest quality standards, and we take care to ensure our customers are not disappointed. Should you find a fault with your purchase, please photograph or film the issue and contact us via email or any of our communication channels. We will work with you to resolve the matter.

For items that do not fit, please check the size guide on the product page carefully. If the product matches the measurements listed on our website, responsibility for the fit lies with the customer. However, if the product differs from the stated measurements, please provide photographic or video evidence, and we will send you a replacement.

If a product is defective—such as being broken, torn, scratched, or having a malfunctioning component—please provide photographic or video evidence, and we will dispatch a replacement to you.
